Common questions
My progress disappeared.
Score, coins, level and album are saved on your device only — there is no account and no cloud save. Deleting and reinstalling the app clears them, and they do not transfer to a new phone.
How do I turn off personalised ads?
On Android, open Settings → Google → All services → Ads and delete or reset your advertising ID. On iPhone, open Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking and switch the app off. In the EU, UK and Switzerland you can also reopen the consent form from the game. The game itself plays identically either way.
Is there a way to remove ads?
Not currently. The game is free and has no in-app purchases.
An ad won't load.
Rewards only unlock after an ad finishes. If none is available, the game never blocks you — the button simply stays inactive and you can keep playing.
